Thanks folks. This was personal between me and them and I am relieved that I can continue being a proud alum, though their treatment of others around these parts leaves much to be desired.

Take your time everybody...lots of sleepless nights around these parts...lc39 wrote:Isn't Fairchild also in his early 20s?jemthey17 wrote:Well most people posting in this thread are in their early 20s. JW -- I received a speeding ticket that required a mandatory court appearance. It was later dismissed completely, but I elected to give the facts anyway. It clearly hasn't held me up anywhere yet. I don't think it's a big deal -- and if you knew what my lead foot was driving, you'd laugh at yours.

And to be clear, when answering a question like "2. Have you ever been convicted of, or is any charge now pending against you for any crime other than a traffic violation?"
Would I answer no and then just still include that few sentences as an attachment?

Geez, JW. I took the schools at their word. If they said exclude traffic violations, I was happy to exclude them. But your disclosure looks good to me as is.

Thanks! I guess I was worried about the bar and if I'll have to disclose the speeding ticket at that point, and just wanting to get it on the record now regardless of if the school asked for it.cc78 wrote:Geez, JW. Maybe I'm just being neurotic and reading too much into that?

nah. but honestly, the only thing that might draw me to penn is a levy, and that's not gonna happen at this point.DiniMae wrote:Is it too late to do one now?ballcaps wrote:am i riding solo in the WL wagon?

For the schools where that was the question, I answered no and offered no details. I can't remember which states I answered yes to, but the question was slightly different.jw316 wrote:Thanks! Thanks y'all. You're right LC, the end of the road is fast approaching for me. I'm just waiting for my Yale rejection and that will be a wrap.
I know you still owe me a decision Michigan and Berkeley, but since y'all don't like me I ain't stuttin' y'all either.
