You need to get in touch with Kenneth Lafler at Harvard and discuss both the LIPP program and need-based aid. Though the raw cost of Harvard may be expensive, there are two sides to an investment: cost and benefit. In this case, Harvard has more potential benefit and less potential risk in many circumstances. If you are from a lower income family(like less than 70k) Harvard will likely be giving you significant grant aid that will lower cost a bit.

I've been putting off withdrawing from some of the schools that accepted me :/
After the personal notes that Georgetown and Duke put on my acceptance letter it feels pretty cold and calculating to just go "well thanks for the well wishes but I'm headed to HYS"
But I know I'm not going either of those places so I guess I need to withdraw for other applicants...

Yeah I withdrew from Georgetown, Duke and Penn (they all nominated me for significant merit scholarships but I knew I wouldn't take either, even with a full ride, given my other options). But it felt weird sayin "hey... uh... i'm not going to your incredible school."
