Any major city in Florida. Yes it's hot down here, but the COL isn't bad, no state income tax and the weather is good most of the time. Also from what I remember Colorado from what thet tell me would be good as well.

This is just a referendum on where we all want to live. I say northeast corridor and sneer at Houston and LA, but others do just the opposite.

New Jersey is the most litigious state. The richest state. The most densely populated. And it contains one of the more respected and most impactful judiciaries (note where the major cases are coming from in several of your 1L casebooks). And you can practice there in addition to New York City. From the standpoint of legal activity and legal community, it's hard to beat.
