Chances @ NW, WashU, Vandy, ND, UIUC
My stats are 166/3.3. My undergrad degree is from a nationally leading business school, and I have 5 years working in IT for a large firm--but I'm unsure how much those two things matter. I am looking at 5 schools in the midwest, ranging from from fat chance to shoe-in: NW, WashU, Vandy, ND, UIUC. What are my chances at these?

Here's my educated guess:
1. UIUC with $$$ or more.
2. WL/rejection everywhere else.
I am not a pessimist. I had a 167/3.1 when I applied almost two years and median LSAT scores have only increased since then, for all these schools. I got the results above—UIUC with a full and waitlist/rejection at NDLS, WashU, and Vandy (and I got me a nice dinner instead of applying to NW).

Thanks for the reply. Were you coming straight out of undergrad?Allegro3935 wrote: ↑Fri Aug 12, 2022 11:56 pmHere's my educated guess:

Agreed with the above poster.
UIUC with money (which is a good outcome), waitlist/R at the rest. Better shot at ND and WashU though compared to Vandy and NW.

Got into NU (no money) and WashU ($$$) last cycle w/ 3.4/172, elite undergrad, 7 years WE. Just get your LSAT up.
