I recently got accepted to UC Davis ($105,000 scholarship), Emory ($120,000 scholarship), George Washington University ($75,000), and University of Minnesota ($25,000). I was also waitlisted at UC Irvine, Notre Dame, and Washington University at St. Louis. I am planning to write a LOCI to those 3 schools to see if I can get accepted off the waitlist. But if I don't get an offer from any of the schools that waitlisted me, which of the 4 schools (UC Davis, Emory, GWU, and University of Minnesota) would be my best option?
I had a 3.48 GPA when I was an undergrad (I went to a Top 10 undergrad university), and I received a 166 on the LSAT. I am not particularly interested in BigLaw, and I hope to work in government or public interest after law school.

Where do you want to work after law school? All of these schools place well in particular states/regions
