Help! Deposit deadlines coming up...

Post by community113 » Wed Mar 29, 2017 1:46 pm

Seat deposit deadlines are coming up (UMD is April 1!) and I'm still waiting on Fordham, but I feel like I need to make some moves or at least free up some seats...

Accepted w/ $$ at:
Cardozo: 52K/yr, no stips
UMD: 18K/yr (out-of-state), >2.0/full-time
Temple: 10K/yr, >2.5
Northeastern: 32K/yr, no stips

W/L at: GWU and BC

Not particularly interested in big law, thinking IP or Health. Currently in NY, originally from D.C.

Cardozo is the only defensible choice here, as long as you want to stay in NYC.

If you're interested in IP law, just be aware that you need a hard science background to even be eligible for those jobs, regardless of the school.

Oops didn't see your last sentence about career goals.

+1 vote for Dozo

Staying in NYC would be great, I have also been leaning towards Cardozo. Unless something magical happens with Fordham.

Love the godfather reference btw
