Just FYI - cost being similar for all schools doesn't mean that it's a reasonable cost. You'd get better advice if you were willing to disclose that. You'll get very different answers if it's $0 for all vs sticker price funded by loans for all.

none of these schools are in CO
only thing u want is a Fed Clerkship so the answer is obvious - look up the school with the best fed clerkship rate and go there.

With regard to clerkship placement, those schools are similar enough that it doesn't make sense to make your choice based on that factor.
Your interest in patent litigation points toward Berkeley, if for no other reason than that there are lots of patent jobs in Berkeley's home market (SF/SV). You could work in patent law for a few years there, then move back to Colorado once you have some experience.
