What are your numbers? I'm unclear if scholarships work normally for the advanced standing JD I guess.
At those costs, a 3 years regular JD could potentially be way more affordable.

Before you invest so much money into a JD, I would do research and see what firms might hire you. Your experience is good but you are in a unique situation I've never seen before.
I would research the job market because I'm not sure how likely you are to find a job.
At any rate, those costs seem very high.
You might be better off with a regular JD and chances at OCI?
