The ABA also censured Valpo, they have to send admission practices and methodology to the ABA, send specific bar passage statistics, and "provide to all admitted students and publish prominently on its website in a place acceptable to the Managing Director a statement advising of the censure and of the specific remedial actions the Law School is required to take."

I think having to publicly say you've been censured and what you're going to do in order to rectify the situation is a step towards transparency.
