Goals: I would be *open* to doing big law for a few years for the sake of experience, but definitely prefer other legal options like PI and government. I have ties to both midwest-Chicago area and the NYC area, and would be ok practicing in either market, but prefer NY. NYC sounds like a lot more exciting place to spend three years though. I have friends in NYC and could also possibly network during the school year?
I cannot retake LSAT for personal reasons. Also, my parents could help me out loans wise if things go wrong at Fordham and I end up median or worse, but they are by no means rich and I really hope I don't have to do this as it would delay their retirement.
