I think I already know what the general consensus is going to be but I thought I'd ask as I'd appreciate any and all feedback I can get.

UCLA: $95k
USC: $150k
Vandy: $125k
Berkeley: Nothing as of today (or more importantly the 15th)

Waitlist: Duke, Michigan, Virginia, Chicago

I'm in a virtually identical situation with you. Honestly feel like it's a coin flip between USC and UCLA. In the long-term, the cost difference is small.

The things that you should note in your current offers are that ucla/usc are regional schools and that the gap between ucla and usc's offers is too large. You should negotiate until they are closer
