BC or W&M

Help.

$$ about the same even after factoring CoL. I would prefer to live in DC, but I wasn't accepted to any DC schools.

Almost impossible to comment on without additional info. Career goals? Actual expected COA for each option? Debt financed or savings? Background info regarding ties to regions? What best alternative options are you forgoing to take advantage of these options: continuing to work, retake LSAT, reapply next cycle, etc?
