Early Decision Schools that give large scholarships?
As we all know one of the major downsides of applying early decision to any school is losing the ability to bargain about merit based aid. I know some schools (NU) are known for giving large scholarships to make the applicant pool even more competitive and get more students to apply binding. Does anyone know of any other schools that do this? I'm pretty sure there aren't any others in the T14 but I was curious. Thank you.

WUSTL gives full rides to students accepted ED. They also give tons of full-rides to regular-decision people.

Is it just me or is ED no longer a thing? I don't hear about it much.

Northwestern gives $150,000.
WUSTL gives full rides, like Winter said.
I think George Washington also has a big scholarship offer via ED; I don't know much about it, though.

Only schools worth EDing to are NU, WUSTL, GWU, and BU. Might be missing one, not sure.

Yup, GW has forces you to commit to attend if they give you their full scholarship. Otherwise, no one gets a full scholarship.

Michigan considers ED applicants for scholarships on the same basis as they do RD applicants.
