It's not a good idea to go to either of these schools with BigLaw goals. You'll be doing yourself the best service by retaking and getting above 170 and getting into the top-14 with a good discount.
I know that's not what you probably want to hear, but forcing yourself into either of these schools at these figures with your goals just doesn't make sense.

Neither gives you a particularly good chance at big law, and it appears you will rack up huge debt at either.

Yeah definitely retake. I know it sucks, but it'll be worth it when you are in a better school with less debt. These options are not good for your goals (and are too expensive for any goals, really.)
