My $.02:
A T3 with a terrible reputation and 2-hour commute should be eliminated immediately. Even if it were free.
A non-accredited, part-time school should only be considered if one of these numerous connections will actually assure you of a job. Otherwise you're going to spend 4 years busting your ass for a 50% chance of actually being an attorney. Even for free, there's no sense in putting yourself through that for a coin flip.
I'd want to know more about the total COA at the T1. People always underestimate totals. I'd also want to know more about your LSAT score and how much you studied for it.
