I understand that retake is still an option and it is not off the table for me yet, but I would like to get some input on these options without just hearing "retake. retake.retake."
So here are my options assuming I fail at all negotiations:
-Chapman - 40k/year scholarship(2.9 stip) - 24k COA (will have 0 COL and will be negotiating for close to full tuition)
-Syracuse - 35k/year scholarship(2.8 stip) - 103k COA (after interest and all)
-Loyola Chicago - 20k/year scholarship(2.0 stip) -140k COA
-Depaul - 25k/year scholarship - 120k COA
-Seattle U - 18k year(2.8Stip) - 151k COA
-Penn State(UP) - 40k/year(no stip) - 75k COA
-Drexel - 25k/year(2.5 stip) - 120k COA
-Significant ties to Southern California, but I really do not care where I end up.
-Not really interested in big law. Looking for possible government, PI, or small law.
-3.17gpa/158 LSAT(once)
Thank you for your feedback.

These are all too expensive except Chapman, which is prob a bad idea even at no cost at all.
Really though you should just bust it for a retake. I know I'm glad I did.

Re: What to choose?
Where do you want to live and have a career? "I don't care" is not an answer. These schools only place people locally ... and even then, there's like a 40% chance you'll be unemployed from any one of them.
Pretend you're a grownup and do some thinking/planning.
