It's impressive you got $ at all from GULC with sub 25% GPA and 50% LSAT. I don't know how much more a retake would help scholly-wise. I think GULC with $ at a coinflip's chance at BL and mid-Fed (same salary scale anyway) as a fallback isn't the worst thing in the world. 175k is $2k/mo for 10 years though... just so you SO knows.

Have a similar gpa so I think I can say pretty definitively you'll have better options with a 170+ lsat. Focus on nailing June, and definitely consider reapplying in the fall unless you can get more $ from either/both of these schools. That 170/171 you're pting at has done alright for me this cycle.
Definitely keep trying to negotiate after your lsat comes back though.
