Davis and it's not even close. More $, better job stats and much lower COL.

This. Either change your career goals or retake and reapply.

I would not go to Hastings with a full ride until those employment stats get better.

Deposit and wait to hear back from the schools you're waitlisted at. If nothing good comes, take the money at Davis and stock up on water.
