If you want big law then you need to go to a T14. None of these schools have good enough big law placement to justify attending if you are big law or bust.
I wouldn't deposit anywhere, just focus on the retake in June.

I can't speak to the other schools on your list, but Minnesota is not a good fit for your goals. I've said this in several places on this site, but basically the only market it feeds into has a very small contingent of Biglaw firms, and outside of that, you're competing with three other schools for the limited number of mid/small-law jobs. The market is very saturated and getting a job at all won't be a walk in the park. On top of that, despite the school's rank, the degree is not portable and you likely will be stuck in MN.
Just looking at your list, I think GWU might be the best bet, especially if you can get any increase in scholarship through negotiations.
