Applying to same school Forum

I'm applying to law schools for the 3rd cycle. Once I decided not to go the other time I decided to sit out and retake. I want to apply to a school where I can get a full ride. The issue is I've applied to this school twice before and got decent schollys but didn't go. Would they even admit me and offer a full ride if I've turned them down twice before?
