Apply to every T14 where your numbers give you even the slightest chance of admission. You have nothing to lose by blanketing. If the app fee is a hardship, tell the schools and they'll typically waive it, if they didn't automatically.

I applied to 7-8. Wish I had done more for scholarship leverage. If you don't get a fee waiver to somewhere you would never go, I wouldn't apply. If it's in your target range but not a school you would consider and you have a fee waiver I would say it's worth it to throw the $20 and 15 minutes to apply.

Do all T14 schools really worth it? e.g are Penn and Michigan on equal par? Do they really have same cache as Harvard or Yale? I don't think so.

that doesn't mean that all T14's are of equal worth

On the off chance that you are not a troll, then no. Not all T14 are "equal." The point of applying broadly is to increase your chances of scholarships and your ability to leverage additional funds.

Also you may end up changing your mind so it's good to have plenty of options. I learned a lot about law schools through the process and ended up somewhere that wasn't really on my radar when I submitted.

Totally dependent on score.
Someone who scores a 165 should (besides retake) hit Georgetown, Cornell, Northwestern, Michigan, Penn (hypothetical list)
Someone with a 175 should hit Harvard, Columbia, Chicago, NYU, Touro.

Is there a ranking of schools that have the most OCI firms, or highest number of firms coming to campus?

You should just look at employment numbers for different schools. Concern over the number of firms at OCI is rather tangential.

Judging by the syntax of this post, I don't think you're really going to be looking at any T14 schools.

this is a really nuanced question, and the answer is going to be different for everybody. Michigan has almost 340 more seats in their library than Penn, BUT Penn has higher employment numbers. so it comes down to each individual and their priorities

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
