Re: Two year JD- with advanced standin for International lawyers
You need to take the LSAT.I don't want to take the LSAT; and law schools that offer such advanced standing with no LSAT required are:
What are your career goals? Why do you want an american JD? What's your LSAC GPA?
Most of these schools are arguably not worth going to. WUSTL is OK with significant scholarship money.

Do these schools offer scholarships to applicants for the accelerated 2-yr program? If not (and without an lsat and gpa to report, there is little incentive to do so), then while it's only two instead of three years, you are getting a significantly worse deal than those completing the full program with a good scholarship.

why not an llm and then roll-over to JD if you strike out?

LLM is useless.

Why did you go pursue a LLB in the first place?Gregjames wrote:LLM is useless.

None of these schools have very good job placement. Most are very expensive. None are likely to land you with an employer who will sponsor a work visa. So I'm not sure what the point is.

That's a pretty shitty list of schools.
Northwestern has a 2-year JD for international lawyers, but you have to take the LSAT.

That list of schools has universally poor job prospects. Ergo, it is a shitty list of schools. Then I offered the constructive advice of a real school with a 2-year JD option. All without resorting to juvenile namecalling.
If your lazy unwillingness to take the LSAT trumps your desire to ever get a decent job as a lawyer, that's not my problem.

Re: Arizona law or....
I like Tucson, kind of a small town vibe backed up by half a million people. Hot as hammered hell in August.
I prefer Phoenix personally, but if you're going to live in flyover country, you could do a lot worse than Tucson.
I'm not sure if people have told you this or not, but if you go to Arizona for law school, expect to stay there for your entire legal career. That's kind of the nature of regional schools.

Is Arkansas an insular legal market?
