IFF biglaw exit options are good enough to make 300k at LIBOR + 3% a small portion of your salary for 10 years. It would be TCR.

I'm not sure what big law exit options actually look like though.

For example, if I make 200k the rest of my career, STICKER was absolutely TCR.
