USC is a regional school. Expect to be in LA of you go, but don't go for that much money.

If you want Biglaw, sit out a a year and then apply super early to all of the top 14 (t14 is what gives you portability). I can't promise a full ride because you're a splitter, but somebody will want that 174 if you apply early and negotiate.

Also, retake undergrad...
