Right now I've pretty much narrowed down my decision between Northeastern and Baylor.
The situation with Northeastern:
They're offering me $30,000/yr leaving $14,000 in tuition plus the estimated $22,000 to live in Boston. This was originally my cheapest offer until about a week ago when Baylor increased their scholarship. I visited Northeastern over break and I really loved Boston and could easily see myself living there in the long term. My concerns have more to do with Northeastern as a school. I'm not a huge fan of their no grades system which gives me little opportunity to distinguish myself from my peers. I'm also unsure about their heavy focus on public interest, I haven't completely ruled out public interest but right now its not what I'm thinking. I do like the co-op program as whole though because it would give me an opportunity to experience different areas of practice since I'm not at all set on any one interest yet. Overall I'm worried about what my job prospects would be after graduating Northeastern.
Situation with Baylor:
Their new offer is for $36,000/yr leaving about $10,000 in tuition and an estimated $16,000 for living expenses. My biggest concerns with Baylor are in its location. I've lived in Seattle for the past 4 years and prefer city life. Also I'm unsure how I would fit in in Texas coming from the PNW. Academically though I do like what Baylor can offer particularly in their practice court program and I would probably have better job prospects after graduation than at Northeastern.
I have emailed Northeastern to try to have my scholarship increased there but have yet to hear anything back and I'm super hopeful because I've heard a lot that they don't negotiate on scholarships. My overall feelings are that on a personal level Northeastern and Boston are the right choice for me but concerning my career I should choose Baylor.
Also just a note I have also been accepted at Loyola with $21,000/yr and Maryland at sticker. I also applied to BC but haven't heard back yet and I'm expecting waitlist at best.

Where do you want to work? What are the total COAs? Stats? How many times have you taken the LSAT?

I would withdraw all my applications, retake the LSAT, and try again next year. You're literally all over the map with regional schools, if you're going to go to a regional school it needs to be for very cheap and in an area that you have pre-existing ties to.
