If Harvard wait listed you with those numbers there is something seriously good about your overall app. Definitely retake June and I would probably retake October as well if need be. Harvard is definitely within reach, got got to grind out more points.

I would think Cornell will top NU's offer, no?

Bottom line is I'm not sure if (for Boston) there is a material difference between money at NU or Mich and money at Penn/NYU if I only upped my score two points or so. And I'm not sure if a two point difference would make a difference for H or S.
How much money do you have at NU? Must be almost a full ride, right? In general, you shouldn't count savings towards COA.

It's 120k at NU and 90k at Mich. I will have about 50k in projected savings in August.

So you're really looking at $120k cost of attendance at NU and $140k at Michigan. Which is still very good, and I don't think you can go wrong between those two choices. Retaking might get you another $30k at NU, and maybe full ride at Penn. If you think you've got a 172-3 in you, then gun for full ride at CCN, but I wouldn't take say half scholarship at CCN over full ride at NU. And HYS don't give merit aid, so with your savings you might be paying close to sticker there.

Re: BU and BC, with that much money at Michigan and NU you can take those off the table. My experience at least with doing OCI in Atlanta was that a T14 will outplace a top-regional school even in that school's region as long as the student has good ties.

Congrats on both the excellent options and your openness to retaking. You're a credit to 0L's.

No. But I don't have a sense of humor so I thought maybe it tickled other bros' pickles. I take it your pickle wasn't tickled by this act of hilarity?
