Which school is better in terms of employment prospects in CA? Both offering same amount of money.
Which school is considered more prestigious?
Any opinion will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Read the board sticky if you want us to help you with those decisions, and visit LST for an idea of how many students from Emory/ND end up in CA. I'm not sure which is more "prestigious" but that's generally not a category that matters here—what matters is you getting the job you want in the state you want to get it.
Both Emory and ND are the more effective law school options in their states, but they're both in the radius of schools that are more likely to land you a better job and even give you the ticket to CA—think Chicago, Northwestern, Duke, and UVA. But you need to do more research on that subject as well.

Re: ND vs EMORY
I'd say Notre Dame is better for CA employment prospects. CA is typically the #2 state for new grad employment for ND, just behind Illinois, hence ND has a very large and strong alumni network in CA. I'd imagine CA placement is much lower for Emory, which is more concentrated in the southeast.

Going to either doesn't really make sense for CA employment. Retake for USC/UCLA at the very least.
