Re: GW vs. Wake
You need to adjust GWs employment rate by 20% to account for the school funded jobs (pay = $20,000/year, that is not a joke). Do that and Wake actually has a higher employment score than GW. GW is definitely not worth the 200K you will be paying with accrued interest, origination fees, and tuition hikes. Wake is great if you want to work in NC, and at the price you're paying I'd take that.
What are your stats/where do you want to work/what do you want to do?

I'd like to work in the Mid Atlantic in either government (Washington DC) or in private practice working with government.
Wake does have a great history in placing students in Washington DC from what I have heard and read.
It placed about 5% last year. Of course so did Columbia and Cornell, so I have no idea what % of the class tried.
Fed gov is a really, really long shot. It also sounds like you want biglaw. I would absolutely not go to GW at that price (if you are relying on PSLF, think again since there's a proposal on the table from the Democrats to slash benefits for the program and god knows what the Republicans will do when they get back into office).

Re: GW vs. Wake
Between these two at these prices, I'd take Wake. But if you want to work in DC, I probably wouldn't do either. I'd retake to go to GW for cheap or T14, particularly Georgetown.
If you won't do that, I'd have to think that if you got big money at Wake, you'd get decent money from Richmond or W&M. Those would be better for DC or at least Northern VA/DC metro. I got 38/year at Wake and 1/2 off at W&M.

Re: GW vs. Wake
If you're neither IP nor DC-committed, there are generally better options than GW.
You seem like URM? I definitely suggest retake. Break 170 and you will have some serious options.
