Please answer these questions
Mods wrote: In order to receive the best feedback in this forum, please provide as much of the following information in your original post as possible:
-The total Cost of Attendance (COA) of each. COA = cost of tuition + fees + books + cost of living (COL) - scholarships.
-How you will be financing your COA, i.e. loans, family, or savings
-Where you are from and where you want to work, and other places where you have significant ties (if any)
-Your general career goals
-Your LSAT/GPA numbers & how many times you have taken the LSAT

Please clarify if those numbers are total COA or just tuition.

You need to figure out what the estimated class rank of those GPA stipulations are.

Retake or don't go is of course going to be the consensus on TLS

OP, you realize that it is unlikely you will ever get a real legal job out of any of these schools, right?

Their prospects are all pretty much the same, so you may as well go with SD.

SD:
•47.1% of graduates were known to be employed in long-term, full-time legal jobs.
•65.1% graduates were employed in long-term jobs.
•58.7% graduates were employed in full-time jobs.

Pepp:
•46.5% of graduates were known to be employed in long-term, full-time legal jobs.
•71.8% graduates were employed in long-term jobs.
•65.7% graduates were employed in full-time jobs.

Loyola:
•41.4% of graduates were known to be employed in long-term, full-time legal jobs.
•52.8% graduates were employed in long-term jobs.
•60.1% graduates were employed in full-time jobs.

What is your background, and where do you see yourself in 5 yrs?

People do graduate from SD's PT program and get real jobs in IP is they have the technical expertise and WE. Without more information, all these degrees are useless.

Retake is almost certainly the correct answer, but how are you paying for cost of living while in school? If it's loans, no go. If you're living with family/a spouse or something, and you can negotiate up to a full tuition scholarship, then I guess you could give it a shot, provided you're willing to drop out if you lose your scholarship or if your 1L year doesn't go well.
