Estimated debt at repayment:

GW - $240,000
BU - $185,000
BC - $245,000

At those prices? None of them. Negotiate away, my friend.

Lol, even if you had a spare $100k (which I'm skeptical of), you'd still have to take out over $30,000 in loans for your second year at GW and BC. Those two would still be too much debt ($115k and $120k), not to mention that you've blown through $100k of savings. Nope.

I would say go to whichever school gives u the most money. All three are great schools and since u have 100k to spare, getting that scholarship $ up by a bit would make u almost debt-free (assuming the 100k isn't debt-financed).
If u don't get $ from BC they'll at least match it with BU. From personal research the gist I get is that BC and BU are essentially the same so choose whichever one you like after visiting. Do know that you will most likely be stuck at MA from BC/BU with maybe a bit of chance at NY and vice versa at GW with DC.

Aren't you on waitlists for Penn, Georgetown & Duke ? If so, pursue Penn & Duke. Ask about deferred admission. Retake the LSAT even though your prior scores are similiar (163 & 164) with your highest practice (165) in the same range.

BU, BC & GW aren't offering enough money to be worthwhile for one in your position. Negotiate much higher awards or sit out this year.

P.S. Are you willing to share your undergraduate school ? (I'm curious about the "New Ivy" designation.)

My stats are 164/3.8
Retake is the ONLY answer here.

I'd recommend visiting Boston and DC again to figure out which city you'd rather spend most of your career in since those schools are mostly regional these days, unless you'd end up toward the top of your class which should never be assumed.
Then you should negotiate more merit aid with all of them.
Between BU and BC, BU has an uglier law building but BC is out in the suburbs. BU may also have a better faculty although these ranks are outdated and to be taken with a grain of salt: http://www.leiterrankings.com/faculty/2 ... ices.shtml
I also know that BU is investing more in its law school right now so I suspect it has upwardly mobile potential.

I also don't want to sound arrogant but you could explore other grad school options because there are too many people with law degrees these days so it's no longer a financially sensible option for most people. You could afford other grad programs with that 100k and start a well paying and probably equally satisfying job debt free. Large percentages (20-40%) of those schools' graduates do not get full time jobs as lawyers at all.http://www.lstscorereports.com/?r=other BU, BC, and GW are probably great schools but the job market is saturated. A lot of people who want to be professionals think doctor or lawyer are their only options because these jobs are so visible. Financial planner, physicians assistant, programmer, etc are all growing, law is not.

out of those 3 options, I'd do GW over the other two. Chances at BigLaw are probably the same, but Boston legal market (your fall-back market) is notoriously difficult to crack, DC would relatively be easier.

Get off a T-14 waitlist, then contact the schools which have offered a scholarship & request more money.
