I'm not sure how exactly to go about checking a law school's dating scene, but don't College Prowler and various other insider guides/rankings for undergrad institutions talk about school dating cultures? It's possible the general scene extends to include the law school...or potentially not. Worst comes to worst, use it to date undergrads?

If you are choosing a law school to maximize dating chances, you already suck at dating so much that you wouldn't have a shot at the girls "too hot for the T-14" anyway.

I suppose college prowler couuuuld be a good site. Not interested in undergrads but if they say something like "you can find all types of people here" then you can assume that there are scenes for all genres of people. So country guys and girls, hipster boys and girls, and jock boys and girls can all find people to date. I'm using city-data.com to browse around people's opinions.

The reason I'm asking is because I'm a minority who spent middle school through college in regions of the midwest where it's about 90% white. It's tough for me out here, one reason being I'm more interested in the ethnic girls. The other reason being when you do date a white girl, more than a handful of white guys don't stop with the "stay within your race" jabs. It's not just my dating prospects I'm talking here, it's my ability to actually find somebody cool to get married to one day. Not happening with the folks here. So to the person who said you must have no "game" if you're choosing law school based on dating scenes...it's not the primary parameter but yes it's definitely an important quality of life factor for me.

There are lots of hot people at T-14 schools. My point is, if they aren't hot enough for you because you're that much of an unrealistic snob, then you're probably not even in contention for a hot date in the first place. The only people who look at all the women in their class and say "yeah, not good enough" are people who have never even gone on dates before.

Anyway, the more important point is this: Your dating pool is much bigger than your law school. Shooting down Columbia or NYU because you don't think their students are hot enough, when both schools are in the middle of Manhattan, the world's best dating scene, is just so laughably shortsighted that I don't even know why I'm treating this thread like it's real.

This happens to white guys dating non-white girls too, but in my experience (as one of said white guys) it's going to happen much less, if at all, in a major city. If you think people in LA, DC, NY, or Chicago are going to be stunned and scandalized by an interracial couple, I really have to wonder who you're hanging out with.

it's funny how when the grouping is scrambled it's impossible to figure out which letter is which until you really look at it.

also, explain why H is in the 2nd lowest tier lol? I think CB was a hotbed for power couples

combination of small UG population and not being located within a big city (Boston is too far to really count though it helps it a tad)


power couples is a bad metric because it is really just a proxy for successful graduates instead of a better environment for dating
