GWU Presidential Scholarship

Does anyone know what the statistics are of the people who get offered the scholarship?

It looks like everyone with 168+ 3.8+ got $120k.

I thought it was a full tuition scholarship. GWU Law tuition has got to be more than $40K/year.

I guess that may take me out of the running. I'm pretty sure I'll break a 168 but I don't have a 3.8+. Is this information compiled in a graph somewjere?
