Which one should I choose?
Total debt would be:
W&M - 90-100k
Wake - 80k
UConn - 8k
Wisc - 100-110k (with scholarship negotiations pending)
UConn is the only place where I have local ties, but I probably don't want to work in the area long term (CT legal market is pretty dead). Would ideally want to work in DC, but am more concerned about going to a school where I can get a decent job at a midsize+ firm or for the federal gov after graduation.
Please don't advise a retake, even though I am considering that option.

None of those schools are good for work at midsize firms or the federal government so you'd better retake

How'd you assemble that list of schools? Seems pretty scattered.
Normally I'd say UConn at that price is great for someone w/ ties to the area, but it doesn't make a whole lot of sense given your goals.
Retake is probably TCR.
