I'm finishing up a Ph.D. in molecular genetics and looking to get into the biotech/pharma IP game. I've applied to 11 schools, but 4 are really viable candidates right now:
George Washington (Sticker)
Emory ($69k scholarship)
WUSTL($75k scholarship)
Washington and Lee (120k scholarship)
These are listed in the order I would attend if money was not an issue. I think I can probably leverage WUSTL against Emory for more money and maybe W+L vs. Emory/WUSTL, but I don't think that getting anything revolutionary out of GW is going to happen.
The W+L situation is a great bargain, but I'm a little worried that their upper level coursework is going to be lacking in tech/IP, but I'm not sure how big of a difference this makes.
Thoughts? Does my non-legal expertise make choice of IP rep less of a big deal?

GW will have a ridiculous amount of patent law people at OCI, but that scholarship at WUSTL is far too good to pass up, IMO.
