Syracuse$$$ VS. UM
I got a scholarship with a 2.8 GPA Stipulation to Syracuse and I have not received a scholarship from the University of Miami. Would it be worth considering UM without a Scholarship instead of Syracuse?

Miami without a scholarship is a bad idea. How much is the scholarship to Syracuse? It needs to cover basically everything to be worthwhile. Do you have ties to upstate NY? GPA/LSAT?
If you haven't already, apply to schools in the same range as Syracuse and then play their scholarship offers off one another to maximize the amount of $$$ you get ("I really want to attend Syracuse, but I got 40K/year from X School, and I am really worried about finances...").

Where do you want to work?
What do you want to do?
How will you be paying for your degree?

It is a $30,000 a year scholarship. I am still waiting for the scholarship offer from Hofrstra and decisions for a bunch of other schools. If I go to school without scholarships it will be payed for by loans so I am trying to be the least in debt I can be.

You're covering a lot of geographic area. Why? Where do you have ties/want to end up?

I got a bunch of fee waivers so I applied to a bunch of places in the Northeast.

But if you're not from there and don't want to work there, it's kind of a waste unless the sole purpose is to use those acceptances to negotiate scholarship offers.

OP, I don't mean this insultingly, but it sounds like you have very little idea what the legal market currently looks like or how this law school thing works. You're throwing darts at a map of really mediocre schools with little regard for geography or jobs. Take a look at the job prospects for these schools on LST:
http://www.lstscorereports.com/?school=hofstra
http://www.lstscorereports.com/?school=miami
http://www.lstscorereports.com/?school=syracuse
Your odds of working as a full-time lawyer from any of these schools are terrible.

if it helps, I was offered a 75k scholarship to the university of miami, but the stipulation was that I stayed in the top third (3.2) of my class to maintain the scholarship.
