So the 60k negates the minimal-prestige CLS has over NYU?

CLS student here. These are essentially peer schools. Any small advantage CLS has over NYU is not worth anywhere close to 60K.

Just out of curiosity, how much money would it take from NYU for people to pick it over CLS?

NYU gave me 10k more than Columbia and it was a tough decision for me, but I ended up at CLS. So far I am happy with my choice.

20k+ more and I would've been at NYU.

This question totally depends on your personality and what you want do with your JD.

Personally, I would take NYU in a heartbeat, and almost did last year with 75k.

But then again I've never been interested in NYC biglaw.
