LSU Law
Anyone have any opinions on LSU law? I saw that their employment rating was quite high for their respective ranking on lawschooltransparency.com.

Re: LSU Law
Median private sector starting salary $53,000
Median public service starting salary $39,500
Full-time: $17,474 per year (in-state)
Full-time: $33,800 per year (out-of-state)
Could have a higher salary and not pay 33k/17k a year with a bachelors degree.
62% employment

^The same could be said of most law schools.
LST says the rate of employment is 79%. Where did your figure come from?

Are you in-state and plan to stay in-state?
Edit: oh you're not. Don't go to LSU.

If you want to work in LA, and not New Orleans, LSU is fine. Realize also that there are not a lot of jobs in state, so you need to be comfortable with the idea of starting your own practice (either by yourself or with classmates).

And most law schools are not worth attending, including LSU. The figure was from USNWR.sepeterson211 wrote:^The same could be said of most law schools.
