Where should I ED?
Trying to decide between UVA and Michigan. I realize my chances aren't great at either school, but which school do you think I've got a better shot at with a 3.75/166? Thanks!

You're below both of Michigan's medians and even more behind UVA's. You have a very, very small chance and you already know this. Is retaking an option? If not, Michigan is a (marginally) better choice.

You have no chance at all at UVA and about a .05% chance at Michigan so I guess Michigan.

Yeah, I realize I should probably just save the app fee and not bother. But with dropping application numbers, I figured I'd throw a hail mary for the hell of it. Thanks for the responses

Michigan I guess. But the real answer is retake.Paraflam wrote:Yeah, I realize I should probably just save the app fee and not bother. But with dropping application numbers, I figured I'd throw a hail mary for the hell of it. Thanks for the responses

yeah you're below both LSAT 25%. You're at the michigan GPA median and waaaaayyy below the UVA GPA median.

Unfortunately retaking isn't an option. Looks like I may have a shot at Cornell, no?

You don't even have a chance at UCLA. Work really hard on the LSAT, and get a 172+ in June.
Think about it this way. Would you rather be graduating from CCN in four years, or Pepperdine in three?

Not really. Why exactly is retaking not an option?Paraflam wrote:Unfortunately retaking isn't an option. Looks like I may have a shot at Cornell, no?
You are drastically overestimating the boost that an ED gives

Pretty sure hes maxed out retakes and would have to sit out 2 cycles.
Para, I can understand why you would like to avoid that. I think Cornell is definitely your best T14 bet.
