Type of Law I'm interested in (in order of interest) 1. Corporate Law 2.Intellectual Property 3.Sports & Entertainment
Location of where I want to practice: I really like the New England area but went to school in the Midwest so I'm fine with either.
I do want to work in a big firm.
I haven't received any scholarships from Boston U or Boston College. I received a half tuition scholarship to Illinois. I'm thinking about negotiating but need advice as the deposit deadline for these 3 schools is within the next week or so.
Thank you for reading and please give me your advice.

These schools will not get you to the south brah. They all have very strong regional placement, however.KnowledgeIsTheAnswer wrote: Location of where I want to practice: I really like the New England area but went to school in the Midwest so I'm fine with either. However, I want to live in the South eventually.
I wouldn't touch BC or BU at full price, but that's me. Illinois is the best of the three options. Why didn't you apply to Emory (or similar)?

Because they are peer schools, I think you should first determine where you want to practice (NE, Midwest or South) and then decide on which school to attend (or whether to apply to additional schools if your desire is to practice in the South).

Dawg if you really want to give yourself a good shot at biglawl you need to retake and reapply. BU/BC aren't bad, but I wouldn't do it at sticker. No way.

BU over BC, b/c it $1,000 cheaper, and closer to the city. Sticker sucks though.
