So I'm a notorious GW troll, but if I was doing strictly IP, my thoughts are that you can't beat GW. Do you have money from them?
Also, I had a horrible undergrad GPA (think well below 3.0) and boutiques didn't seem to mind (I'm also EE/CS though).
