If I choose UGA I will end up with 47000$ debt, and if I choose Washington, then I will end up with 77,000$ in debt. I have family help and savings for housing and living expenses. I want to practice some type of environmental law, but I am open to other types of law. It wouldn't necessarily have to be public interest. I would be happy working for a firm that deals with water rights, land use, and that sort of thing. University of Washington seems to have more options in terms of environmental law opportunities, and I would rather live in Seattle, but I don't know if it is worth the debt over the cheap price of Georgia's in state tuition.
LSAC GPA 3.2 LSAT 166
Thanks for your help.

Do you have any ties to Seattle?
If not, I'd probably take UGA here. Seattle is a very small and insular market.
Also, how big is your preference? Seattle >>>>>> Atlanta? Or Seattle > Atlanta?

Totally depends on where you want to live. They place similarly well for their respective markets, but Seattle is vastly different from Athens and Atlanta.

I forgot to add that I grew up in Vancouver, Washington and lived there for eighteen years. I left the state to go to college, but I would like to return. My family still lives there. My ties to Georgia are that my wife's family is all from Georgia.

Disregard what I said above, then. I'd just go with UW.

UW because Seattle > anywhere in Georgia.
