What are peoples thoughts (and evidence, please try to cite evidence) of which schools have the best luck placing 1L students into good summer employment.
Ideally this question would be answered by data about 1L% in a paid legal position... but any information would be great.

You search for 1L summer employment on your own. Schools do very little to "place" you. Most people get 1L paid positions through non-law school resume, diversity, IP, connections, or luck.
