Where should I trap myself for three years?

So I have a way I'm currently leaning, but I like to try and get multiple opinions, especially when it comes to big commitments. I'm not trying to break into big law, I'd be more than happy working a medium/small firm job or as counsel for a larger business. Having said that, my options are as you see them, from what I've narrowed down from. I'd have to move for any of them, so CoL is still an issue too.
