Biglaw with no debt would be sweet. You'd effectively be making 40k more a year than those who paid full price (taking into account tax savings). As log as you want NYC, H isn't going to get you any firm that pays 40k more than one that C will get you.JamMasterJ wrote:Hamilton, easilyjbc7 wrote:Which one would you guys pick for BigLaw?

Definitely the Hamilton imo, for the reasons stated above.

For biglaw? Columbia with the Hamilton 1000 times over. Easy choice.

Are you sure you're not going to get any sort of discount at HLS? They might narrow the gap with need-based aid.

Has Columbia already handed out Hamiltons this cycle? Has Harvard already accepted people this cycle? Or is this another goddamn piece of shit hypothetical thread from some 0L getting ahead of himself asking the same question that's been addressed a dozen times before?

No KB2's yet and no Columbia acceptances, let alone Hamilton offers.Bildungsroman wrote:Has Columbia already handed out Hamiltons this cycle? Has Harvard already accepted people this cycle? No, Mr. Bildungsroman. I'm simply just planning ahead, as I know I'm going to be asking this question in the near future anyways.Bildungsroman wrote:Has Columbia already handed out Hamiltons this cycle? On second thought, why so mad bro? Why don't you take that stick out of your ass and actually reply properly to a question. I was just wondering because with my numbers right now, I'm sure I can get into HYS and a Hamilton at Columbia, dickhead.

Oh no, I'm only harsh to people who deserve it like that fucking asshole over there who thinks its smart and witty to try and bash me even though I only asked a simple question.JamMasterJ wrote:numbers alone do not guarantee Hamilton. But I do know that having 100+ Volunteer Experience, 500+ Work Experience, plus on top of my 177 LSAT and a 4.3 GPA, the Hamilton at Columbia is very likely.
