Splitter Friendly Schools Which Place Well on the West Coast
Can anyone name them? T1, preferably.

There are none. The only schools that place well on the West Coast are schools that are on the West Coast. And schools on the West Coast hate splitters with a passion.
Your best bet is to get into Northwestern or UVA, because those schools at least have somewhat of a national reputation. Anywhere else, and you should prepare to do a ton of networking.
