Which Schools Binding ED Offer Full Tuition?

I know GWU and Northwestern do, but what others?

...why would you ED if you have the numbers for a full tuition scholarship?

There are cases where the student did not ED and did not receive money.

At these schools, the offers are only extended to people who ED (though I'm sure they still hold out free rides for people with just amazing stats), and everyone who is accepted ED gets the scholarship.
