So I have just been offered a spot from Loyola (I literally just got off the phone with the admissions adviser) and orientation is tomorrow

The problem is, I've basically committed myself to Pepperdine, at which I am unfortunately paying sticker this year (I had a sub 3.0 gpa at a top ranked UC, and a mid to high 160 lsat). I've already paid the first semester tuition and bought all my books, though I don't see why I won't get a refund for these things if I were to choose not to attend Pepperdine. The good thing is, I'm staying at a family friends for the time being so haven't committed anything to housing.
Now in all likelihood I'd have to pay sticker at Loyola as well.
So please help me TLS! What's my move here?
P.s. the admissions adviser told me to call her back by 5:30 pm. So basically I have less than 2 hours to decide the next 3 years of my life. Weeeeeee
