I know a lot of real, and successful, lawyers who swear by this place. It's more like a retreat for people who are pretty far along in their careers. It's not like they're pretending to be granting degrees or anything.

I'm sure everyone here thinks it's crap, though, since ironically enough, pretty much all trial lawyers are considered part of shitlaw, as if drawing up contracts for the rest of your life was somehow nobler or more fulfilling.

So i'm assuming while at law school you don't actually get much experience from mock trial's? I always assumed a lot of law school would be preparing for stuff like that, but someone told me you really don't have any sort of practice trials unless you take specific classes.
