George Washington Early Decision Program

Does anyone know if there is a stipulation to George Washington's Full Scholarship Early Decision Program?

I think it is a 3.0 which is somewhere below median, but I'm guessing still pretty high.

is there any source where i can look this up? i want to find out if its worth going after the GW Early Decision program and possibly turning down T14 for it
