Wait until next cycle if they can't offer you scholarship aid. It will definitely be worth it.

Doesn't exist, doesn't happen.

Not sure what you mean about options of debt relief- but I won't count on IBR over the next several years. The republicans look dead set to get rid of the program and subsidized loans.

Case tends to be pretty generous with scholarship money. Reapply next cycle and get some money, or retake and shoot for OSU.
